This platform is licensed internally and is not open-source. No external redistribution, copying, modification, reverse-engineering, or claiming of the software is permitted.

2. Author & Rights Holder

Core platform development, system architecture, and proprietary logic are authored by:

3. No External Use

External parties are strictly prohibited from:

• Reproducing or duplicating the platform's source code
• Cloning the system or UI
• Hosting modified copies
• Reselling or licensing the platform

• Using the software for commercial purposes outside TheVMedia

4. Artist Submissions Remain Owned by the Artist

While the platform is proprietary, the audio demos uploaded by artists remain fully owned by their respective creators.

Submission to the platform does not transfer copyright of the audio, artwork, metadata, or identity of the artist.

5. Platform Content

All UI assets, layout structures, system interactions, and text are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
