• Account Information — email, artist name, country, date of birth, password (encrypted).
• Demo Files — audio files and metadata you upload.
• Technical Data — device, IP, browser information (standard server logging).

We do not collect unnecessary personal data, biometric data, payment data, or consumer profiling data.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used only for:

• Reviewing your demo internally
• Managing your account
• Contacting you regarding your submission (if needed)
• Basic platform functionality and security

We do not sell, share, rent, or license your personal information or demo files to third parties.

4. Who Can Access Your Data

Only verified Velocity A&R staff and system administrators may access your demo or account information.

No external individuals, contractors, or partners have access to your submissions unless you provide explicit written consent.

5. Demo Storage & Removal

Demo files are temporarily stored during the review process. Unless backed up internally for A&R consideration, all demos are automatically removed on the next quarterly cycle.

Backups, if created, remain internal and are never redisclosed or published without consent.

6. Data Protection & Security

We take reasonable measures to secure your information, including encrypted passwords, restricted staff access, and controlled internal systems.

7. Your Rights

You may request at any time:

• Immediate removal of your demo
• Deletion of your entire account
• Correction of incorrect account data
• A copy of the data we hold about you
